New Jersey man, 60, charged with possession of child pornography

A Burlington County man was charged last week with possession of child pornography after investigators seized several electronic devices during a search of his home, authorities said.

The 60-year-old Delran resident was the focus of an investigation after police received information about the man’s online activities from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, authorities said.

“During the execution of a search warrant at his Stewart Avenue residence, several electronic devices were seized and are being examined by investigators,” Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said Friday.

Bradshaw said the man was charged Oct. 10 with third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material. The case will be presented to a grand jury for indictment, the prosecutor said.
