Man with criminal record and loaded firearm arrested in Brook Park

BROOK PARK, Ohio – A 29-year-old Cleveland man was arrested around 9:30 a.m. Oct. 5 after police found on him a loaded firearm, two unidentified pills and what they believed to be a white stone substance it was an illegal drug.

Police had stopped the man’s car for making an illegal turn from southbound West 150th Street into westbound Brookpark. He also changed lanes without signaling.

The man’s driver’s license had been revoked. Police learned he had been convicted of aggravated assault and was on supervised release.
