Meet the Cast of Monsters | The story of Lyle and Erik Menendez

As fans would expect from a Ryan Murphy production, the show features a number of major stars portraying key characters, including Javier Bardem, Chloë Sevigny, Nathan Lane and more.

But the lead roles of Lyle and Erik are portrayed by rising stars Nicholas Alexander Chavez and Cooper Koch, respectively.

Speaking about how the role changed his life, Koch recently told People, “The exciting thing about this part of my life is that there are so many conversations about monsters.”

“There are people that I love and admire who actually watch the show and then they write to me and say, ‘I love your work’.”

He continued, “And to hear from people whose work I respect so much think of me that way just feels otherworldly.”

Wondering how Chavez and Koch — as well as the rest of the cast — compare to their real-life counterparts?
