Two injured in stabbing in West Central

Two people were injured in a stabbing following an argument in West Central Spokane Thursday evening.

Police responded to the 2800 block of West Sharp Avenue around 8:30 p.m. to a report of a fight between two roommates, Spokane Police Officer Daniel Strassenberg said.

The officers found the two roommates with serious stab wounds. One suffered life-threatening injuries, he said. Both were taken to hospital.

There are no outstanding suspects, Strassenberg said. The criminal police are investigating.
