Suspect found with drugs, cash and python in car

TULSA, Okla. –

Tulsa police arrested a man after a short chase and found drugs and a snake.

Officers say Evan Woodard was holding a python and refused to give police his driver’s license and insurance.

When officers told Woodard he was under arrest, they said he tried to run away but officers stopped him.

In addition to the python, police said they found fentanyl, marijuana and a large amount of cash in the car.

Woodard faces several charges, including fleeing police and drug trafficking.
