Man faces multiple rape charges after sexually abusing two teenagers in Steuben County

State police have arrested a 34-year-old man for allegedly sexually assaulting two teenagers in Steuben County.

According to authorities, 34-year-old Roger Cobin has been charged with first-, second- and third-degree rape, as well as sexual abuse and child endangerment.

He is accused of sexually abusing a 15- and 19-year-old.

He was arraigned in Steuben District Court and held on $60,000 bail.

Court protection orders were issued on behalf of the victims.
