• Jaionna N. Smith, 08/31/2004, 702 East Independence St. – arrested, initially charged with DUI, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoids in a motor vehicle, possession of paraphernalia, careless driving, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
• John DB Portrey, 09/09/1981, no address given – arrested on an LCSO warrant.
• Pearly Thomas, 11/4/90, 2778 Loyd Star Lane – arrested by BPD and charged with malicious mischief.
• Bobby Ray Henderson, 08/21/1984, 3815 Caseyville Road, Union Church – arrested by LCSO on a Mississippi Department of Corrections warrant.
