New lawsuit against Diddy for more assault, and Tupac is caught up in the drama

Sean “Diddy” Combs is already in prison awaiting trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, but the rapper and business mogul now has even more legal trouble. Diddy is now being sued by a woman who claims he raped her multiple times after the woman claimed he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur.

According to the New York Post, alleged victim Ashley Parham has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Northern California. According to Parnam, she met Diddy in 2018 during a FaceTime call with a man she had previously met who was trying to impress her with a famous person he knew. Parham was unimpressed, in part because she believed Diddy was involved in rapper Tupac Shakur’s death, and she said so.

Lawsuit against Diddy claims he staged a gang rape

Parham claims that a month later she visited the unnamed man’s home under the guise of helping him with cancer medication. The lawsuit alleges this was a ruse to get her to her house, where Diddy was waiting with three other men. The lawsuit alleges that three of the four men in the house raped her, including Combs, who also penetrated her with a television remote control.

Parham says she reported the rape and told police that Combs was involved. However, she claims that investigators initially ignored her and that she did not mention the rapper’s name in subsequent conversations with authorities. She says she was later offered money by Combs not to report the attack.

Claims that Diddy was involved in Tupac’s death have been circulating for years

This was all apparently in retaliation for the comment that Diddy was involved in Tupac’s death. Shakur was shot and killed in Las Vegas in 1996. His death has been a mystery for years, and theories abound as to who killed the young star and why. In 2008, a Los Angeles Times report claimed that the shooting was carried out by Diddy’s associates and that the rapper was aware it would happen. Diddy denied the report. The story was later retracted by the Times.

Duane “Keefe D” Davis was arrested in 2023 and charged with crimes related to Tupac’s death. He claimed Diddy was involved in ordering the attack. Davis is scheduled to stand trial next year.

Parham is suing Combs, Kristina Khorram, the chief of staff of Combs’ business empire who is accused of aiding the rapper in the other criminal activities he is accused of, and several other people. She is seeking $50 million in damages and a jury trial.

Considering that Diddy is currently incarcerated on other charges, and that even these two cases aren’t the only current legal issues he’s dealing with, it’s likely going to take some time for this all to be sorted out.
