UFC lightweight-heavyweight champion Alex Pereira joins Ariel Helwani, the busiest man in combat sports, in a special bonus episode Thursday of “The Ariel Helwani Show.” Watch it live on Uncrowned and YouTube at 4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 p.m. UK time immediately following The Boys In The Back’s live debut.

Pereira joins the Uncrowned launch week program fresh off his brilliant defense of the UFC light heavyweight title against Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307. “Poatan,” a former two-division GLORY kickboxing champion and former UFC Middleweight champion, is a perfect 3-0 with three brutal knockouts in his 2024 season, all of which came in defense of the UFC title. He remains the leading candidate for Fighter of the Year honors.
