Bond denied the fatal shooting of a man arrested in Florence Co

FLORENCE COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) – Kalebolek Singletary, 21, was arrested and booked into the Florence County Detention Center on murder charges Tuesday evening, according to Florence County Sheriff TJ Joye.

Deputies released information late last month that Singletary was wanted in the shooting death of the 14-year-old Jakarta doctor.

A judge denied bail for Singletary during a hearing Wednesday morning at the Florence County Detention Center.

The teenager was shot last month in the area of ​​Liberty Street in Johnsonville Township, Florence County.
