Liam Payne’s last social media post just hours before his tragic death

The former One Direction band member tragically died on Wednesday.

Liam Payne posted updates with his fans just hours before his death in Buenos Aires.

According to police, the 31-year-old died after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Argentina.

However, the videos appear to have been filmed days earlier, as they show his girlfriend Kate Cassidy, who had opened up about her return to Florida earlier in the week.

In the video posted on Snapchat, Liam tells his fans: “This is the breakfast table, I just enjoy breakfast and coffee even though it’s 1pm.”

In the background you can hear Kate calling the two of them “losers” and joking about how they stay in bed so long.

Liam added: “Today we are riding. I think I’ll be playing polo again, which will keep me out of action for about six weeks.”

“Honestly, polo, of all the things I’ve ever done sportingly, it’s not like I’m into polo professionally, I just think I just tried it for fun.”

“It’s so hard, number one. Number two, my back and neck from swinging the hammer, or hammer, I think that’s what they call it, if you know, it’s Polo-speak.”

Payne rose to fame in 2010 after auditioning for X Factor and becoming part of One Direction.

He dated Girls Aloud star Cheryl for a time, and the couple welcomed their son Bear in 2017.
