11:57 p.m.: SFD sends a rescue response to the 3600 block of 44th SW [vicinity map] for a reported accident involving an overturned car with someone trapped inside. Updates to follow.

12:00 p.m: Police tell the control center: “Everyone is out of the vehicle.”

12:03 p.m.: Upon arrival, firefighters told dispatch that the vehicle was on its side.

12:12 p.m.: The reader photo added above confirms this. At least one parked car is damaged. No evidence of serious injuries; SFD has canceled all but one engine.

12:39 p.m.: Police said the driver was in custody; She is being investigated for drunk driving. The car she was driving is a Toyota RAV-4.
