Newburgh City Police arrest a man for a fatal stabbing

NEWBURGH – A 25-year-old New Windsor man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Newburgh man on West Parmenter Street on Sunday, Oct. 13. This is the third murder in the city so far this year.

Cameron Williams was charged with murder and taken to Goshen for arraignment.

The city’s Criminal Investigation Division worked with the Newburgh City Emergency Services Unit and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office to make the arrest.
