Boston police are asking for help identifying the suspect in the Roxbury robbery case

BOSTON – Boston Police District B-2 investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man involved in an assault case in Roxbury.

The incident occurred around 8:50 a.m. on September 28 near 2493 Washington Street.

The suspect, a black male with a beard, was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, tan pants and carrying a black bag.

He is said to have used hot coffee as a dangerous weapon during the attack.

Boston Police are actively investigating the details of the incident and ask anyone with information to contact the B-2 District Criminal Investigation Division at (617) 343-4275.
