Witnesses at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel commented on Liam Payne’s behavior before his tragic death

Liam Payne was born at New Cross Hospital in Wolverhampton, UK and tragically passed away at the age of 31. The former had been on vacation since the end of September One direction Member died in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
