Johnstown police are searching for missing child

Fulton County, NY – Police are asking the public for help in finding 12-year-old Elijah Kelly.

He was last seen Wednesday morning near Grand Street in the town of Johnstown. Elijah wore a white, red and black jacket, a purple “Odyssey of the Mind” t-shirt and blue jeans.

Elijah is 1.80 m tall. He has dirty blonde hair and blue eyes.
