Jefferson City Show Me Cash Player Wins $82,000 Jackpot | Mid-Missouri News

According to a news release from the Missouri Lottery, a Jefferson City Show Me Cash player went home with $82,000 after purchasing a Quick Pick ticket at Gerbes on West Truman Boulevard in Jefferson City on Oct. 8.

“I called the (lottery) phone number to check the winning numbers and it said ‘3’ – I had 3, then it said ’16’ and I had 16… My ticket matched all five numbers!” said the winner.

“I couldn’t believe it,” the winner added. “I had to call the phone number again to make sure.” She said the same five numbers – 3, 16, 17, 19 and 25. I really won!”

Show Me Cash is drawn every day at 8:59 p.m. Jackpots start at $50,000 and continue to grow until won, according to the lottery.

Players in Cole County won more than $14.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes in fiscal year 2024, according to the release.
