Judge sentences Rolla-Mann to 190 months in prison for images of child abuse

A Rolla man has been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to sending child sexual abuse material to others.

U.S. District Judge Henry E. Autrey sentenced Torrey Jaymes McAlpin, 37, of Rolla to 190 months or 15 years and 10 months in prison.

Investigators found that McAlpin sent images and videos to other Kik users in June 2021.

He pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography and one count of failure to register as a sex offender.
