According to Page Sex’s report, the then 16-year-old accuser shared a photo from the night of the alleged assault that showed him and Combs standing close together at the event. The lawsuit details the alleged incident and alleges that Combs made sexual advances toward the minor and forced him to expose himself. The accuser says he was intimidated by Combs’ power and notoriety and was afraid to report the attack.
Tony Buzbee, an attorney representing several people against Combs, claims there are over 120 lawsuits pending against the music mogul. In response to these allegations, Combs’ legal team argued that the numerous lawsuits were primarily due to his celebrity status and wealth, leading to a flood of false and unsubstantiated claims.
