A teenager was stabbed in the neck by a confused stranger near City Hall in Manhattan on Wednesday morning, police and sources said.

The victim – a 19-year-old man – got into an argument with another man who was standing in line at 1 Center St., the city municipal building, where both were waiting to answer court summonses, police said.

The argument escalated into violence, with the stranger stabbing the teen in the neck before running down Reade Street, sources said.

Sources said the teen was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
