Julie Chrisley appeals prison sentence: I’m just a tiny criminal!

This is something she naturally wanted to think about before she violated a number of United States laws years ago.

On September 25, a federal judge resentenced the disgraced reality star to seven years in prison based on her bank fraud and tax evasion convictions, denying her request at the time for a shorter sentence than originally imposed.

The verdict came after an appeals court overturned her original 2022 sentence.

Now, however, the Chrisley Knows Best alum and her legal team are appealing the decision, hoping to shorten the time Julie has to serve as an inmate.

Chrisley’s attorney, Alex Little, asked a judge this week to reduce his client’s sentence by about two years.
