Fatal ATV accident claims the life of a city highway department member and best friend

Sullivan County is mourning the deaths of two men who died in an off-road vehicle accident over the weekend.

The accident occurred in the town of Lumberland, where authorities identified the victims as John Brehm III, an employee of the town’s highway department, and his best friend, Steven Quinn.
