Tyra Banks walks the Victoria’s Secret runway for the first time since her retirement in 2005

Tyra Banks is at the top again at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

The America’s Next Top Model The creator made a triumphant comeback at the famous lingerie presentation on October 15, closing the show in a black bustier with crystal embellishments, a silver cape with black lining, dark leggings and strappy heels.

In true Tyra fashion, she walked the runway with her signature smize – her first runway since retiring from modeling in 2005.

The 50-year-old is considered one of the real Victoria’s Secret Angels, having attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in the early ’90s. In total, Tyra appeared in nine shows during her eight-year modeling contract with the underwear brand – in two of which she wore the iconic Fantasy Bra.

“When I decided to retire, Victoria’s Secret approached me and had another deal on the table,” she said recently Harper’s Bazaar. “And I decided, ‘No, I have to be a talk show host and I have to be trusted in my words. “I don’t think I can be taken seriously if I’m still a model,’ and maybe that was true back then.”
