Thomson Ave shooting investigation and Price St. underway.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The intersection of Thompson Avenue and Price Street in Anchorage is closed as police investigate multiple shots fired. APD posted this information online Tuesday around 9:30 p.m.

While the aforementioned intersection is closed, police said their initial response was in the 400 block of Price Street. Police said people in the area should follow their instructions and avoid the scene entirely if possible.

This is an active investigation.
