IndiGo flight from Saudi Arabia makes emergency landing in Jaipur after false bomb threat – The Economic Times Video

Jaipur (Rajasthan): An IndiGo flight flying from Dammam, Saudi Arabia to Lucknow had to make an emergency landing at Jaipur airport following a bomb threat received via email. However, after a thorough check, no suspicious items were discovered. Sandeep Basera, SHO, Jaipur Airport Police Station, said, “We received a threatening email that there was a bomb in flight and hence it was diverted and made an emergency landing at Jaipur Airport. With the help of the BDDS team and sniffer dogs, the aircraft was checked but no suspicious items were found. There were currently 175 passengers on the plane.
