O’Fallon, Missouri, man admits to sexually abusing teenagers and sending messages

ST. LOUIS, Missouri (First Alert 4) – A man admitted Tuesday afternoon to having sexual activity with a 15-year-old and discussing sex with another teen.

Court documents say 34-year-old Andrew Haller admitted to meeting two 15-year-old girls on Tumblr before moving their conversations to Telegram. One of the California teens told officers that Haller introduced the topic of “Daddy Dom” and allegedly told her that he was sexually abusing another teen.

Haller listed the rules for the teen, saying she had to ask him for permission to pee once a day, always wear a collar and call him “sir,” “dad” or “daddy.” He also asked for nude photos and videos of the other teen.

Officers searched Haller’s home in November 2023 and found 195 photos and 92 videos of suspected child abuse material. One of the victims told them that she had sent Haller nude photos, met in person twice and had sex. Haller hit her on the first visit and took photos and videos of her. He also discussed with her his desire to abuse younger children who cannot speak or remember the abuse.

Haller was charged with two counts of coercion and incitement of a minor, one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of receipt of child pornography. His sentencing is scheduled for January 28, 2025. The charge of coercion carries a minimum sentence of 10 years and the charge of child pornography carries a mandatory sentence of five years.
