Central New York sex offender admits to sexually abusing a girl over seven years

Baldwinsville, NY – A Baldwinsville man has admitted He sexually exploited a girl for seven years and sent images of the abuse to another person.

Kenneth Koegel, 40, admitted this in court From 2014 to October 2022, he sexually abused a girl between the ages of two and nine, the federal prosecutor’s office said in a press release on Tuesday.
