Man faces court on charges of grievous bodily harm after stabbing in Kingston

Ryan McCawley Mathis, 22, of Plains Township, was in Luzerne County Central Court in Wilkes-Barre Tuesday morning.

Police say he stabbed Aiden Gregorowicz, 20, multiple times during an altercation under the Pierce Street Bridge on Aug. 30.

Teen charged with Wilkes-Barre Pharmacy robbery

At the scene, officers said Mathis volunteered that he had “stabbed someone.” Gregorowicz suffered multiple stab wounds to his back, arm, wrist and thigh.

Mathis pleaded no contest to charges of aggravated and simple assault.
