Five arrests following Oshkosh police drug raid

OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) – Five people were arrested Tuesday morning following a drug investigation at an Oshkosh residence.

According to the Oshkosh Police Department (OPD), the residence is located in the 600 block of Ceape Avenue in Oshkosh. After receiving complaints from community members, police executed a search warrant at the home around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. The apartment was also the subject of a previous drug investigation.

The OPD Vice and Narcotics Division, along with detectives and members of the Oshkosh Police Department SWAT team, executed the search warrant at this residence. Five people from Oshkosh were subsequently arrested.

The people arrested are between 33 and 40 years old.

The 33-year-old was arrested for maintaining a drug shelter and a suspended sentence. The 37-year-old was arrested for maintaining a drug dwelling, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. The 38-year-old was arrested because of a suspended sentence. The 39-year-old was arrested for maintaining a drug dwelling and three counts of supplying methamphetamine. The 40-year-old was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Their names were not released in a statement from Oshkosh police.
