Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually assaulting four men as new lawsuits are filed

New allegations of sexual assault against Sean “Diddy” Combs were revealed in six lawsuits filed Monday afternoon in federal court in the Southern District of New York. Four of the plaintiffs are men.

The attacks are said to have occurred between 1995 and 2021 at industry events, “exclusive” afterparties and Combs’ famous White Parties in the Hamptons.

Two of the men have accused Combs of attacking them at his star-studded White Party, including a 16-year-old boy who says that in 1998 Combs told him to drop his pants and then began to drop his pants to caress genitals. Combs told the boy, who was trying to break into the music industry, that the attack was a “rite of passage.”

The second alleged White Party incident involved a man who was acting as last-minute security at the event. He says he felt “extremely ill” in 2006 after drinking a drink laced with narcotics. Combs allegedly pushed him into a van and raped him, the file says.

A promotional event at the Macy’s flagship store in Manhattan in 2008 was the scene of another attack, a lawsuit says. Combs was there to promote his Sean John clothing line when the employee of a rival clothing brand said he was confronted in a storage room and forced to perform oral sex on Combs while three armed bodyguards watched.

The most recent assault occurred three years ago at another Combs party, according to his lawsuit filed by his alleged victim, a music consultant. Like the substitute guard, the man also said he felt disoriented after consuming a drink he was given. He claims that while he was incapacitated, he was taken to a back room where he was raped by several men, including Combs.

The legal team representing the men includes Andrew van Arsdale of AVA Law Group, who represented hundreds of victims in a sexual abuse lawsuit against the Boy Scouts of America, now known as Scouting America.

Van Arsdale and attorney Tony Buzbee of the Buzbee Law Firm announced in early October that they were filing more than 100 lawsuits against Combs in New York, California and Florida.

They say the alleged victims were between 9 and 38 years old at the time of the attacks.
