According to the sheriff’s department, the alleged crimes involved a current and a former student at the school.

Prosecutors said the alleged sexual assault occurred last winter. The victim said what took place was non-consensual, the complaint states. He repeatedly told her to get out and tried to push her away – but she wouldn’t listen. He was 12 years old at the time.

Months later, the complaint says the victim received a text message from Crocker asking him to apologize to her “for what happened in the basement.” He described it as her “attempt to make him feel guilty.” She told him he couldn’t tell anyone what happened, he said.

Prosecutors said a 14-year-old boy also reported that Crocker “acted with him inappropriately” and that the two exchanged “sexual chats and images” on Snapchat. He also said Crocker sexually assaulted him in a parking lot in August.

In an interview with an investigator, the complaint states that Crocker admitted to receiving and storing a sex video from the 14-year-old victim. She also admitted to sending the video to a student at the victim’s school. The detective confiscated and searched the phone, with the video located in a password-protected area of the phone.

In court

Overall, Crocker is charged with the following:

  • First-degree child sexual abuse (under 13 years of age)
  • Possession of child pornography
  • Sexual exploitation of a child (film footage)

Court records show she is being held in the Kenosha County Jail on $500,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 17.
