One dead after fatal Comanche Co. rollover accident

COMANCHE CO., Okla. (KSWO) – A fatal accident occurred about eight miles east of Lawton on NE Cache Road and NE 180th Street on October 14 around 8 p.m.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 48-year-old Todd Paul Cox of Marlow died in the crash.

According to an OHP report, Cox was driving east on NE Cache Road when he struck a calf.

Cox’s vehicle then left the road and rolled over an unknown number of times before driving through a fence. Cox was thrown approximately 11 feet from his vehicle.
