Man dies after late-night shooting on Eubank Boulevard; APD is investigating

Albuquerque –

Albuquerque Police dispatched officers to a shooting call in the 400 block of Eubank Blvd NE late Monday evening. When they arrived, officers found an injured man who had been shot.

Emergency responders transported the victim to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

We received messages from two people who lived or worked nearby indicating that APD was still at the scene at 5:40 a.m.

Homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting.
