Flack Broadcasting – Lewis County Resident Charged with Criminal Contempt in City of Harrisburg: NYSP

HARRISBURG Authorities say a resident is accused of failing to comply with a court order in Lewis County.

William E. Therrien, 36, of Copenhagen, NY, was arrested Monday night by New York State Police (Lowville). Therrien is formally charged with a misdemeanor of second-degree criminal contempt (disobeying a court order).

According to police, the arrest stems from a reported domestic incident that evening in the city of Harrisburg.

At press time, police said Therrien was released (on his own recognizance).
