LEXINGTON, Ky., Oct 15, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Lexington’s The VisitLEX convention and visitors bureau has launched Film Lexington (FilmLEX), a film and entertainment team and resource center led by an industry veteran Lisa Brinto market Kentucky Competitive entertainment incentive program. The team serves further development Lexington And Central Kentucky to become a thriving film and entertainment production center for $1-10 million family, holiday and indie horror films and television projects, while driving business to the state and providing workforce development opportunities. Kentucky Entertainment incentive positions Kentucky as a prominent industry player with a fully refundable tax credit of 30-35% with an annual cap of 75 million dollars and a project cap of up to 10 million dollars.
