FILE – Allied Property and Casualty is asking a federal judge to deny coverage to Carson Steffen, a former University of Iowa student accused of sexual assault at a fraternity house in 2020, as his civil trial is scheduled for April 5. November 2024 is scheduled for the insurance to exclude criminal acts.
