NEW YORK – A new wave of lawsuits filed Monday accuse Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping women, sexually assaulting men and molesting a 16-year-old boy.

At least six lawsuits have been filed against the hip-hop mogul in federal court in Manhattan. They were submitted anonymously, two by women identified as Jane Does and four by men identified as John Does.

The accusers are among a group of more than 100 alleged victims who are pursuing legal action against Combs following his arrest on sex trafficking charges last month, according to their lawyers.

One of the John Does, a man living in North Carolina, claims that Combs fondled his genitals when he was 16 years old in 1998 at one of the rapper’s famous white parties in Long Island’s Hamptons.

The man claims that Combs abruptly ordered the then-teenager to drop his pants during a conversation about possibly entering the music industry.

According to the man’s lawsuit, Combs told him that becoming a music star was a rite of passage and once asked him, “Don’t you want to get into the business?”

The man said he gave in out of fear and anxiety and a power imbalance he felt with Combs and only later realized the incident was sexual assault.

Until Monday’s lawsuit, Combs had only been charged with sexual activity with adults in civil cases and his criminal complaint.

Combs’ lawyers and other representatives did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. When the proposed lawsuits were announced Oct. 1, an attorney said Combs “cannot address every unfounded allegation in what has become a ruthless media circus.”

Combs, 54, has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy and sex trafficking charges. He alleges that, with the help of a network of associates and employees, he coerced and abused women for years while silencing victims through extortion and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.

Combs’ lawyers have unsuccessfully tried to get the Bad Boy Records founder released on bail. He has been held at a federal prison in Brooklyn since his arrest on September 16.

Two judges concluded that Combs would pose a danger to the community if he were released from the Metropolitan Detention Center, a facility that has been plagued by violence and dysfunction for years. At a bail hearing three weeks ago, a judge rejected a proposed $50 million bail package, including home confinement and electronic monitoring, after concluding that Combs could tamper with witnesses and obstruct a further investigation.

On Friday, an appeals court judge denied Combs’ immediate release from prison while a three-judge panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals weighed his request for bail.

Other lawsuits filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Manhattan include allegations of rape, forced oral sex and using drugs to incapacitate victims.

One of the defendants suing Jane Does Combs claims he raped her in a locked hotel room in 2004 after inviting her and a friend to a party there, giving them drinks and telling them to snort cocaine.

The woman, then a college freshman, claims Combs also forced her friend to perform oral sex on him and said he would have them both killed if they didn’t comply with his demands.

The other Jane Doe claims Combs violently assaulted and raped her in a bathroom in 2005 at a party for late rapper Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” music video.

According to the woman, Combs took her to the bathroom to have a private conversation and then unexpectedly began kissing her. As she tried to break away, she claimed he slammed her head against the wall, causing her to fall to the floor. The woman said she tried to escape, but Combs beat and raped her again.

Afterward, the woman said, Combs casually adjusted his clothing and told her, “You better not tell anyone about this or you’ll disappear.”

In another John Doe lawsuit, a man who worked as a security guard at Combs’ white party in the Hamptons in 2006 claims the star gave him an alcoholic drink that he believed was laced with a drug that made him extremely sick made. The man claims Combs then pushed him into a van, held him down and sexually assaulted him.

The other lawsuits filed Monday accuse Combs of forcing a man to perform oral sex on him in the storage room of Macy’s flagship store in Manhattan’s Herald Square in 2008 and of sexually assaulting a man at a party in October 2021, which he suspects of a drugged drink unable to defend himself, recalls several men attacking him and clearly remembers seeing Combs naked on top of him at one point during the attack, his statement said Statement of Claim.
