Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused in six new sexual assault lawsuits – including a boy, 16 | Ents & Arts News

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new series of lawsuits accusing him of sexually assaulting six people, including a 16-year-old boy.

The civil lawsuits were filed in federal court in New York City On Monday, Combs, known as, accused P Diddythe rape of women, the sexual harassment of men and the molestation of the boy.

All were submitted anonymously – two by women identified as Jane Does and four by men identified as John Does.

This came after Attorney Tony Buzbee made the announcement on October 1, 2024 represents 120 accusers and would file lawsuits against the hip-hop mogul in the coming weeks.

Combs has been held in a federal prison in Brooklyn since he was first arrested and criminally charged in September for what prosecutors describe as a long-running sex trafficking and extortion scheme.

One of the John Does in the newly filed lawsuits, a man who lives there North Carolinaclaims Combs molested him in 1998 when he was 16 at one of the rapper’s famous white parties in Long Island’s Hamptons.

The man claims the attack occurred during a conversation about becoming a music star. Combs reportedly said, “Don’t you want to break into the store?”

The other lawsuits include allegations of rape and using drugs to incapacitate the victims.

One of the Jane Does claimed that Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004 and forced her friend to perform a sex act on him – and also threatened to have them both killed if they didn’t comply with his demands.

A statement from the law firm representing the alleged victims said: “We will let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves and work to ensure that justice is served.”

“We expect to file many more cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants in the coming weeks as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the docket.”

In response to the new lawsuits, a statement from Combs’ lawyers said: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s deluge of filings were clear attempts at publicity.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the legal process.

“The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.”
