Fannin County, TX – Five people were killed in a two-vehicle crash near Randolph in Fannin County on Monday evening, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The fatal crash occurred around 6:45 p.m. Oct. 14 on State Highway 121 at County Road 4165, about six miles south of Bonham.

According to the DPS, five people died in the incident. The names of the victims were not immediately released.

One person suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.

No further information about what happened to the accident was provided.

The incident remains under investigation.
