Diddy is facing even more lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault.

According to a report from TMZ on Monday, one such lawsuit claims a Jane Doe from Tennessee said she was a 19-year-old college student when she took part in a photo shoot for Diddy in Brooklyn. According to the lawsuit, the woman claims she was invited by Diddy and ultimately decided to also attend an after-party event at a Manhattan hotel with a friend.

At that point, the woman claims, she and her friend were locked in a room with the founder of Bad Boy Records. Later, the lawsuit says, Diddy allegedly threatened both women with violence, forced one to perform oral sex and sexually assaulted the other. Further threats allegedly followed.

According to another TMZ article, Diddy is accused of male violence in several other newly uncovered lawsuits. For example, one lawsuit comes from an unidentified man who claims he was working for Ecko in 2008 when Diddy allegedly forced him to perform oral sex. The report mentions several allegations from multiple lawsuits, including one from a man who claims Diddy told him to show him his penis at a party in Hamptons in 1998.

At the time, the lawsuit says, the unnamed person was 16 years old. Diddy is accused of arguing that being able to see the 16-year-old’s genitals was a routine practice, with the Grammy winner, who is currently behind bars, allegedly touching the 16-year-old’s genitals after he The request to reveal himself was complied with.

Working on these lawsuits is attorney Tony Buzbee, a Texas-based attorney who previously made headlines for saying he represented more than 100 alleged victims. In a statement shared on social media, Buzbee Law Firm noted that the Gender-Based Violence Victims Protection Act is central to these particular lawsuits.

“The Buzbee Law Firm, along with co-counsel AVA Law Group and New York local counsel Curis Law, is filing six counts of aggravated sexual assault, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation this week against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his affiliated companies was affiliated, in one case with Macy’s department store and in another with Marriott Hotels,” Buzbee said Monday. “The cases are brought over conduct that occurred over a period from 1995 to 2021. All incidents occurred in New York and are being filed under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.”

Buzbee continued: “Three of the alleged victims in these cases are male and three are female. One was sixteen years old at the time of the alleged incidents. We will let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves and work to ensure justice is done. We expect to file many more cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants in the coming weeks as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the docket.”

Complex has reached out to Diddy’s reps for comment. This story may be updated.

As for Diddy’s arrest in New York in September and subsequent unsealed human trafficking and racketeering indictment, there were hints in the latest court update that more charges could be on the horizon.
