Ruby Lin is excited about streaming “My Fair Princess” on Netflix

Oct 15 – Ruby Lin recently admitted that she’s excited that her old costume drama “My Fair Princess” is streaming on Netflix.

As reported by Epoch Times, the actress and producer, who spoke to the media at a beauty brand event on October 12, said that she will definitely watch the drama once it releases on the OTT platform.

“Even though I have watched the drama many times, I would still want to stop and watch it whenever I watch it. I’m especially looking forward to the part where Rong Momo gives acupuncture, it’s really a classic!” she was excited.

When asked if she would watch the drama with her daughter, Ruby said: “Some storylines may not suit her.”

“My Fair Princess” (1998-1999), written by famous screenwriter and producer Chiung Yao, tells the story of the wild Xiaoyanzi, a half-educated street child who becomes a princess in place of the emperor’s illegitimate daughter, Xia Ziwei, after becoming involved with has befriended her.

The hit drama stars Zhao Wei, Alec Su, Zhou Jie, Zhang Tielin and Fan Bingbing.
