Seunghan has been removed from the RIIZE member list on SM Entertainment’s website; listed as the only musician

Seunghan, who was supposed to return to RIIZE after ending his 10-month hiatus, left the group for good, shocking fans. The unexpected turn of events came as news of his return to the boy band caused mixed reactions among netizens and he was still criticized for his actions before his debut. Although fans are still hoping to bring him back, it seems that is no longer an option as RIIZE members’ profiles have already been updated.

On October 15, just two days after Seunghan’s exit, fans noticed that RIIZE was now listed as a six-piece on RSM Entertainment’s website and he was removed from the section.

However, Seunghan still appears to be listed as a musician on the agency’s website. This new update was not welcomed by fans who were already angry over SM Entertainment’s failure to protect their artists from such backlash.

Following the changes, fans trended hashtags related to Seunghan’s return to RIIZE and announced boycott plans in case he doesn’t return. His admirers, who were eagerly looking forward to his return to group activities, also vowed that they would not give up.

For the uninitiated, last week SM Entertainment announced that Seunghan would be returning to RIIZE. He was scheduled to participate in group activities starting in December this year. Fans were extremely excited as this meant he would be ending his ten-month break.

Due to some activities prior to his debut, he became embroiled in a series of controversies just a few months after his debut, which led to his temporary departure from the group.

However, it seems that the news of his return was not well received. Many netizens protested and even sent funeral wreaths to SM Entertainment. Two days after the news of his comeback, it was announced that Seunghan had completely withdrawn from the group.

While fans are now outraged by this sudden turn of events, they hope he doesn’t give up on his career as a K-pop idol. Many wish that he would debut as a soloist sometime in the near future. In his later handwritten farewell, Seunghan mentioned that he made the decision after looking at the “damage caused to the members and the company.”
