Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexual assault in six new lawsuits, including a case involving an alleged teenage victim

At least half a dozen new lawsuits were filed Monday against musician and producer Sean Combs, accusing him of sexually assaulting men, women and a 16-year-old boy.

The lawsuits were all filed anonymously by plaintiffs John Doe and Jane Doe in federal court in the Southern District of New York. The lawsuits range from allegations that in some cases include rape, sexual assault and drug use. At least two of the alleged assaults occurred at Combs’ white parties between 1998 and 2006. All six plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

The latest lawsuits are part of an expected wave of litigation against Combs by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee and his co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, who previously said they represented at least 120 alleged victims of Combs, including minors.

“Mr. “Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the legal process,” Combs’ lawyers said in a statement to CNN. “The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never harmed anyone sexually assaulted – neither adult nor minor, man or woman.”

Combs is currently in federal custody awaiting trial on his indictment in the Southern District of New York on charges of conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.

Before Monday, Combs was already facing multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of a variety of sexual misconduct and other illegal activities. He has previously denied these allegations.

One claim alleges that Combs assaulted a 16-year-old male at a white party in the Hamptons in 1998. The claim states that Combs “instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose himself,” explaining that it was a rite of passage and the path to becoming a star, as well as a way to prove yourself.”

That accuser said he “eventually realized that Combs had sexually abused him because of his power and influence over John Doe, because he knew John Doe wanted to be a star.”

A second John Doe filed a lawsuit against Combs, claiming he was attacked while working security at a white party Combs hosted in 2006. Doe claims Combs gave him two drugged alcoholic drinks before forcing him into a van and sexually assaulting Combs.

Doe states in his complaint that he left the party and told his boss what happened.

In a third lawsuit against Combs, his companies and retailer Macy’s, a John Doe claims he was beaten and sexually assaulted when he encountered Combs and his two bodyguards in the warehouse of the chain’s flagship New York department store in 2008.

“Combs approached Plaintiff while Plaintiff was still on his hands and knees,” the lawsuit says, as Combs forced him to perform oral sex.

“After he finished, Combs threw plaintiff’s head to the side and said words to the effect of ‘Shut up or I’ll kill you,'” the lawsuit says.

Doe said he reported the alleged attack to Macy’s security, who he claims did not investigate. Three weeks after the alleged assault, Doe claims Macy’s executives pressured him to fire him because the retailer had signed a million-dollar contract with Sean John Clothing.

Doe is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. CNN has reached out to Macy’s for comment.

In another complaint, a 19-year-old student named Jane Doe said she and a friend were invited to a photo shoot and “exclusive” afterparty at Combs’ hotel in 2004. According to the complaint, Combs became “more aggressive” and “ordered Ms. Doe’s boyfriend to perform oral sex on him or he would have them both killed.”

Another plaintiff claims that after meeting Combs at a music video afterparty in 1995, he “unexpectedly” began kissing her. “Plaintiff felt uncomfortable and confused and asked him to slow down, believing they were there to talk,” the lawsuit states. “Instead, Combs advanced aggressively.” When Jane Doe tried to break away, Combs “violently struck her, slamming her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor,” and raped her, the lawsuit says.

Alleged sexual assault by Combs and at least two other men

One of John Doe’s complaints states that in 2021, he attended a party at Combs’ New York residence where he was served an alcoholic beverage.

“The effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming,” the complaint states.

Doe states that he became disoriented and tried to get out of the situation. He next remembered being in a bedroom and “although he was vaguely aware of his surroundings, he could not move, speak, or defend himself.”

“Plaintiff was paralyzed – he felt like he was trapped in his own body,” the lawsuit states. “He clearly remembers seeing Combs naked above him at some point over time
Attack. “During this time, plaintiff was sodomized by at least three men,” the complaint states.
