Horror allegations of sexual assault in the new trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs

Attorneys representing sexual assault victims filed six more lawsuits Monday against hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the music industry legend of other crimes — at his famous “White Parties,” a Manhattan hotel and in the Macy’s storage room.

The six victims are represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who previously announced he plans to file lawsuits on behalf of up to 120 people accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of a litany of crimes, including sexual assault and sexual assault Abuse of minors.

In a statement, Buzbee’s office said it would “let the allegations in the complaints filed speak for themselves.” The attorney also said they “expect to file many more cases and name Mr. Combs and others as defendants in the next few weeks as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the files.”

The victims are not identified in the lawsuit and are filed under the pseudonyms John Doe and Jane Doe.

The lawsuits filed Monday came from victims who were allegedly attacked in New York, where Diddy built his East Coast hip-hop empire and owned a 4,500-square-foot mansion in East Hampton. Diddy sold the lavish estate in 2020 for $4.7 million, real estate publication Behind the Hedges reported.

The beleaguered hip-hop legend is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center after being denied bail on federal charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.

Representatives for Diddy did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the Daily Beast’s new allegations. The rapper has previously denied all previous allegations against him.

EAST HAMPTON WHITE PARTY, 1998

An accuser said Diddy invited him to one of his white parties in the Hamptons in 1998, when the accuser was just 16 years old. The accuser, identified only as John Doe, took a photo with the Bad Boy founder at the party, which was included in the lawsuit.

At the party, Combs reportedly showed “interest” in the 16-year-old and took him to a private area near portable toilets to talk about his future in the music industry. However, the conversation quickly “took an unexpected turn for the worst” when Diddy reportedly demanded that he drop his pants.

The lawsuit further accuses Diddy of grabbing the 16-year-old’s genitals before returning to the party “as if nothing had happened.”

SECURITY GUARD AT A WHITE PARTY, 2006

Another lawsuit was filed on behalf of a security guard who worked at one of Diddy’s White Parties at the East Hampton House in 2006.

The security guard claimed Diddy provided him with two alcoholic drinks that evening. The second drink gave him an “extremely sick feeling [the victim] leaned against his truck for support.” The plaintiff’s lawyers assume that the drink was laced with GHB – a dangerous date rape drug.

The lawsuit alleges that Diddy pushed the victim into a van and raped her.

Several other accusers claim Diddy attacked them only after he felt violently ill after drinking a small amount of drinks, which the lawsuits say is part of a pattern: “Combs and his agents/employees drug unsuspecting victims to make it easier for Combs.” to sexually assault that person.”

MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES, 2021

The latest attack described in Monday’s new series of lawsuits was filed by an employee of a brand management company who attended one of Diddy’s parties in October 2021. The victim said he limited himself to one drink at the party.

“Although Plaintiff consumed only one alcoholic beverage, the effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming,” the lawsuit states.

The next thing the plaintiff remembered was feeling “paralyzed” in a bedroom. At least three men began sexually assaulting him, the lawsuit says. The victim said he remembered seeing Diddy “naked on top of him at one point during the attack.”

MARRIOTT HOTEL, 2004

Another accuser said she took part in a photo shoot for Diddy’s group Da Band – the subject of his reality show. Making the Volume 2— across the street from her college in Brooklyn in 2004. Diddy met the victim at the photo shoot before inviting her and another friend to an afterparty at a Marriott hotel in Manhattan.

When they arrived at Diddy’s hotel room, a security guard locked the two women in a room alone with the Bad Boy founder. He allegedly gave them two more drinks and ordered them to do cocaine before he began violently touching them.

“When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms. Doe’s boyfriend to perform oral sex on him or he would have them both killed,” the lawsuit says.

Eventually, the security guard returned to the hotel room “probably due to Ms. Doe’s screams,” the lawsuit says. The victim’s friend took the opportunity to escape the room, but Diddy was still on top of the victim.

Diddy eventually left the victim alone in the hotel room for 30 minutes before another security guard told her she could leave. She took a taxi back to her dorm in Brooklyn.

Marriott Hotels was named as a co-defendant in the lawsuit. In a statement sent to The Daily Beast, the hotel chain said it had not yet seen the complaint and had no comment.

MACY’S STORAGEROOM, 2008

Another lawsuit was filed on behalf of an Ecko Clothing consultant who met with Diddy in 2008 to discuss a possible collaboration between the brand and the rapper’s Sean John clothing line.

The lawsuit alleges that the Ecko consultant met Diddy at a “T-junction” in the department store’s stockroom, where he was flanked by two “large bodyguards.”

The victim said he was quickly hit “hard in the base of the neck, possibly with a pistol,” forcing him to his knees while the men yelled obscenities at him.

The lawsuit alleges Diddy then raped the victim and continued to shout obscenities such as “Suck my d-, Ecko” at him.

After the brutal incident in the storage room, Diddy began stealing pieces of his Sean John clothing, according to the lawsuit. “He left the stockroom and made his way to the Macy’s store floor, where he began handing out merchandise to an enthusiastic crowd as if nothing had happened.”

The victim complained to Macy’s security, who said someone would speak to him at some point. Instead, the accuser claims they were banned from Macy’s flagship store.

The lawsuit further alleges that Macy’s “pressured Ecko executives to fire Plaintiff because Macy’s had just signed a multi-million dollar contract with Sean John Clothing.” The victim was fired and no further action was taken.

Macy’s was also named as a co-defendant in this lawsuit. The department store did not return a request for comment.

BIGGIE MUSIC VIDEO, 1995

A woman who attended a promotional party following the release of the music video for Biggie Smalls’ single “One More Chance” in 1995 claims Diddy approached the victim, who was dancing with her friends, and asked to speak privately.

When they were alone, he allegedly beat her “violently, hitting her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor” before raping her.

After the rape, the victim claimed Diddy told her, “You better not tell anyone about this or you’ll disappear.”
