Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager in new lawsuits

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new allegations of rape, sexual abuse and sexual assault after a series of new lawsuits were filed Monday.

At least six lawsuits have been filed in New York federal court by two women and four men. They include allegations from 1995 to 2021.

The unnamed accusers allege that some of the assaults took place at Diddy’s parties, which were attended by major celebrities and music artists.

Mr. Combs has previously denied all civil and criminal claims against him.

One of the accusers said he was 16 when he attended one of the parties in the Hamptons in 1998.

In the lawsuit, he describes how excited he was to be invited to Mr. Combs’ party, which has become one of the most important annual A-list celebrity events.

The accuser said he saw countless celebrities and music artists along the way and encountered Mr Combs on his way to the toilet.

He said he began talking to Mr. Combs about entering the music industry when they went to a more private location.

The accuser alleges that during their conversation, Mr. Combs suddenly ordered him to undress.

The lawsuit includes a photo of the couple together at the party, in which the teen’s face is blurred out.

According to the lawsuit, Mr. Combs said it was “a rite of passage” and “the path to becoming a star.”

The rapper told the teen he could make anyone a star and that the teen had the right “look,” the lawsuit says.

Another lawsuit filed Monday concerns allegations from a woman who claims Mr. Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004 when she was a 19-year-old student.

According to the lawsuit, she met the music mogul at a photo shoot, where he then invited her and a friend to a private party at his hotel.

When they arrived, the lawsuit says, Mr. Combs “fondled, molested and ultimately raped” her, despite her repeated requests for him to stop.

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents the accusers, said he represents more than 100 people who want to sue the rapper over allegations of sexual assault, rape and sexual exploitation.

Mr Buzbee said the alleged victims included children. He said the lawsuits were filed under the Gender-Based Violence Victims Protection Act, which allows victims to pursue older claims.

Mr. Combs and his legal team have not responded to the latest allegations.

The lawsuits are the latest of more than a dozen recently filed against Mr. Combs, accusing the music mogul of personal injury, tariffs and sexual extortion.

A federal criminal case is being filed against him for extortion and sex trafficking. A judge last week tentatively scheduled his trial to begin May 5, 2025.

Mr. Combs has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, since his arrest on September 16th. His lawyers argued for his release until the trial, citing the “horrible” conditions in prison.

A New York federal judge denied her bail request on the grounds that Mr. Combs posed a “serious flight risk.”
