Sean Combs

Sean “Diddy” Combs is again charged with sexual assault and rape.

On Monday, Oct. 14, Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who says he represents 120 people accusing the Bad Boys Records founder of sexual misconduct, filed six new complaints on behalf of two women and four men in the Southern District from New York, NBC News was the first to report it.

In the complaints, some of which were reviewed by PEOPLE, the six unidentified plaintiffs named Jane and John Does allege that they were either sexually abused, sexually assaulted, sexually exploited or raped by Combs in incidents from 1995 to 2021.

In a complaint obtained by NBC News, an unidentified woman alleges that Combs invited her and a friend to a Manhattan hotel room in 2004, when she was 19, and forced them to drink alcohol and use drugs.

The woman claims that Combs threatened to “have them both killed” before raping her, NBC News reports.

A second complaint, filed on behalf of another woman and reviewed by PEOPLE, alleges that Diddy raped her at a party celebrating the release of Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance” music video in New York City in 1995.

The event was “packed with high-profile guests,” the lawsuit says, when Combs approached the plaintiff while she was dancing with friends and asked to speak with her privately.

Alone in a bathroom, Combs began kissing the plaintiff, she alleges in the lawsuit. When she asked him to slow down, Combs allegedly “acted aggressively,” punched her and slammed her head against the wall, causing her to fall to the ground, the complaint says.

After hitting her again, Combs allegedly raped her while she lay on the ground, the complaint says.

Afterward, Combs “adjusted his clothing in a casual manner and threatened Plaintiff, saying, ‘You better not tell anyone about this or you will disappear,’ causing Plaintiff to fear for her life,” the lawsuit says.

In another complaint, a man alleges that Combs sexually abused him in 1998 when he was 16 and invited to one of the mogul’s white parties in the Hamptons. He claims that Combs took him to a private area and told him to “drop his pants” and asked, “Don’t you want to break into the store?”

Combs “grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand” and began “squeezing” them, the complaint says. Combs told the teen his “people would stay in touch,” reports say.

On October 1, Buzbee announced in a press conference that he was representing more than 100 accusers who had come forward alleging that Combs sexually abused them.

In a video interview with Law and crime On October 2, Buzbee claimed that 12,000 people called a hotline he set up for accusers in the first 24 hours.

Buzbee’s announcement of the impending lawsuits against Combs included allegations that he molested children, including a 9-year-old boy who claims he was sexually abused while auditioning at a studio in New York City.

“Other guys were there to audition too,” Buzbee previously claimed. “Everyone was trying to get a record deal. All were minors. This individual [the 9-year-old] was allegedly sexually abused by Sean Combs and several other people in the studio with the promise to his parents and himself that he would get a record deal.”

The latest complaints come after Combs was charged Sept. 16 with sex trafficking, racketeering and solicitation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.

In March, federal agents searched Combs’ homes in Beverly Hills and Miami.

In November, his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura, known as Cassie, filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of rape and other allegations.

The next day, she dropped the lawsuit after an amicable settlement was reached.

Combs’ attorney and representatives did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In response to previous sexual assault allegations against Combs, the music mogul’s attorney, Erica Wolff, wrote in a statement to PEOPLE, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every unfounded allegation in what has become a ruthless media circus.” However Mr. Combs strongly and categorically denies any allegation that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and justifying himself in court, where the truth will be determined based on evidence and not speculation.”
