TBI: Court Clerk in Sullivan Abused Access to Records to Alter Criminal Records

A Sullivan County clerk recently investigated by the TBI has been indicted by a grand jury on multiple charges.

According to an agency report, Valerie Greene used her position to gain access to court records to seal documents related to her own criminal history.

Greene is charged with tampering, official misconduct and violating the Tennessee Personal and Computer Act.
