New lawsuits accuse Diddy of sexual assault, including minors

Music mogul Sean Combs is facing a slew of new lawsuits, including one alleging he molested a minor, the legal team behind the filings announced Monday.

The federal civil lawsuits filed in Manhattan were filed anonymously, two by women named Jane Does and four by men named John Does.

The allegations contained therein against the now 54-year-old rapper known as “Diddy” range from 1995 to 2021, lawyers said.

They are part of a massive wave of lawsuits promised by lawyers, including Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who said earlier this month that more than 100 alleged victims are planning legal action against Combs, who was arrested last month on federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering .

“We expect to file many more cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants in the coming weeks as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the docket,” Buzbee said in a statement Monday.

In the new lawsuits, an accuser alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him and fondled his genitals at one of Combs’ infamous white parties in 1998 when he was 16 in the Hamptons, just outside New York City.

At the time, Combs had insisted to the teenager that allowing such behavior was part of breaking into the music world, allegedly asking him, “Don’t you want to break into the business?”

The new lurid lawsuits — filed under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act — are the latest chapter in Combs’ stunning downfall.

Combs was already facing a series of similar civil lawsuits before federal authorities arrested him on three felony charges. They alleged he sexually abused women and forced them into drug-fueled sex parties using threats and violence, all with the help of a network of associates and associates.

Judges denied him bail because prosecutors raised concerns about witness tampering. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His criminal trial is currently scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.

Prosecutors have indicated that more evidence remains to be examined and that more charges could be added to the indictment against Combs.

Public allegations against the Grammy winner have been mounting since late last year, when singer Cassie, real name Casandra Ventura, alleged that Combs subjected her to more than a decade of physical violence and drugs, as well as a rape in 2018.
