Sean Combs is accused in a new trial of attacking a 16-year-old boy

For the first time in all of the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, the imprisoned former music mogul is now accused of sexually abusing a male minor.

Overall, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee today began making good on his promise from last week to file lawsuits for about 120 of the “Last Night” actor’s alleged victims, with six new lawsuits for four John Does and two Jane Does. Of the half-dozen plaintiffs for Combs’ lawsuits filed between 1995 and 2021 in federal court in New York under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, there was a 19-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy.

In an MO that appeared in previous lawsuits against Combs, the now 42-year-old North Carolina resident’s lawsuit states that the rapper asked the plaintiff to “drop his pants” at a 1998 white party in the Hamptons. . Combs then allegedly grabbed John Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand and began “squeezing and groping” the teen’s private parts.

Afterwards, as was repeatedly seen in the allegations, there were promises to enable the victim to have a career in the music industry if she remained silent. The five other lawsuits filed Monday in New York courts all but lay bare the well-known allegations that more men and women are being drugged and assaulted by Combs and his entourage at parties and events. In a truly heinous incident that allegedly occurred in May 2008 at Macy’s main store in New York, Combs allegedly forced an employee of the clothing brand Ecko to perform oral sex on him as punishment for working at a clothing company he owned Competing was musician’s own Sean Jean. Immediately after the attack, Combs allegedly went to the flagship floor to hand out Sean Jean products to adoring fans, while his male victim was fired shortly afterward after complaining to Macy’s and Ecko about what happened to him.

“We will let the allegations in the filed lawsuits speak for themselves and work to ensure justice is served,” Buzbee told Deadline today about the six new lawsuits and the vivid allegations they contain. “We expect to file many more cases naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants in the coming weeks as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the docket.”

As for Combs’ previous allegations, the opening of one of the lawsuits filed Monday in the Southern District of New York makes it pretty clear what’s at stake.

“Defendant Sean Combs routinely recruited individuals to parties, drugged them, and then sexually exploited them,” one of the new filings begins today. “The behavior described here is shockingly typical of defendant Sean Combs,” the 20-page document states. “He was supported in this abhorrent behavior by numerous individuals and organizations. For many years, Sean Combs behaved as if he was above the law. It’s not him. This case is about compensatory damages as well as compensatory damages for sexual assault and rape.”

Deadline has reached out to Combs’ representatives for comment on the six new lawsuits and will update this post when we hear back from them.

If convicted of the sex trafficking and other charges he was arrested on Sept. 16, he faces up to life in prison. Combs is also currently litigating nearly 20 civil cases.

While there have been rumors about Combs’ outrageousness, violence and more for decades, it all really began when the Bad Boy Records founder was sued by his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura for assault and abuse last November. Combs denied everything but quickly settled the matter, paying $30 million less than 24 hours later.

Those denials hit thin ice when a 2016 hotel surveillance video was released showing a nearly naked Combs beating up Ventura in LA. At the time, Combs apologized for his actions depicted in the video.

More recently, the video became part of Combs’ latest attempt to gain pre-trial freedom in his criminal case, with his defense attorney slamming the Department of Homeland Security for allegedly leaking the video – which the U.S. Attorney’s Office pointed to the DHS never denied the video and the SDNY DOJ knew nothing about it until it appeared in the media.

As it stands now, after a bail application was filed last week following two previous failed attempts to free Combs from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on $50 million bail and house arrest, the case stands Trial against the rapper before May 5, 2025.
