Man charged with manslaughter in deadly Flagstaff shooting

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – A suspect was arrested after police said a man was shot in Flagstaff on Sunday.

The shooting happened around 2 p.m. on Oct. 13 near Route 66 and Switzer Canyon Drive.

flagpole According to police, officers responded to the scene and found 20-year-old Philip Green uninjured outside a home. However, 21-year-old Dylan Carter was found dead in the home from an apparent gunshot wound.

Green was arrested and taken to prison. He is accused homicide.
